The Cavern of Secrets holds much more than you can imagine. Once a forbidden place, the ban on entrance has been released...yet, is it a good idea to enter?

Once a great battle had been fought in this cavern, against a dark beast that had once - and still might - dwell here. No one knows where he disappeared to, but there are rumours...

--- “I order you Lycaon, KILL THEM! If you don’t then I will and believe me I will make it painful and long winded and you will be made to watch. Now do as I say and KILL THEM!” The large brute stepped forward his head lowered and a soft whimper escaping his maw. He nuzzled his three beautiful children tenderly before whispering in their ears “I’m sorry. I love you so much.” Then with one strike of his gigantic paws, he killed each one of the pups. A pure white female flinched as one by one her offspring were taken from her and she gulped as she realised she was next. The dark brute made his way to the ess, the whimpers becoming stronger. The lad pressed his forehead against hers and closed his eyes, breathing in the scent of her and locking it away in his mind. The ess whispered soothing lyrics into his auds so that only he could hear. “Do what you have to do my love; I will always be with you...”---

The monsters eyes shot open, as his families squeals pierced his auds. He shook his head fiercely trying to rid himself of the terrible memories but his mate’s face stayed clear within his mind. For months on end Ly had mourned his family, returning to the place he had hidden the bodies and buried them, away from the Alpha who had forced him to kill them. He had killed them with his own paws and it would haunt him for the rest of his life. The lad sat up, his eyes stuck on the ground until a scent worked its way to his nares. His amber orbs shot up to see a mottled gray female sat in the cave; her golden orbs wavering on his form. Lycaon straightened himself to his full size and retracted the claws that had appeared during his nightmare. In turn he too let his star gazers full on her bodice. It was full of scars from previous encounters, although the brute was certain it wasn’t for the same reason he had his. She seemed too quite to be a fighter and did not have the body of one so she was more likely a wimp that let any wolf have his way with her. The brute shuffled silently as he realised that he was going to have to start the conversation. She was obviously nervous as she just sat in silence and although he was a monster Lycaon had rules. The first and most important rule was: Never attack females or pups. He was never going to put himself through that pain again, so un be-known to her, she was relatively safe as long as she didn’t piss him off.

Lycaon parted his jaws to release stone cold lyrics that would put most wolves off speaking to him. He wasn’t going to pretend to be nice, he wasn’t a liar and if she wanted to speak to him, she was going to have to speak to the real him. “Can I help you or have you just come here to piss me off?” the words rumbled out in a deep snarling wave. His voice was harsh on the ears, not because it was out of practice, simply because he made it that way. Ly was a monster in every sense of the word. His form was bigger than most males in this place and his temperament and personality were not to be tested. He sighed heavily as it dawned on him that this female was more than likely here to stay and he was going to have to be a little nicer to her. “You can talk you know. I’m not going to hurt you.” Although what he said was a little more pleasant his tone didn’t lighten up much. The snarl was a little weaker but he was still extremely grumpy.

The lad stood slowly, and although he wasn’t near the ess, it was clear he would tower over her. He towered over most wolves in Blossom and could be considered a giant even to the biggest of males. He moved out of the shadows a little making it easier for the pair to see each other, although light was still limited. It would have been clear to see that Lycaon’s coat was an extremely dark gray- almost black; that had white specks scattered through it that made him look old. His cheeks and muzzle were white, although they too were dull as black hairs protruded through the ivory. Although his coat made him look old, the brute was still in the prime of his life and could put up an extremely good fight if needed. Once out of the more shadowed area the brute sat on his haunches, his dark amber orbs settling once more on the femme; waiting for her response.
