"Paulo Aurem!" she cried, her voice a sharp shriek against the morning silence and stillness that had befallen Glorall, "Paulo! Aurem!"
Rumor had been that Glorall had fallen to a Diveen wolf - Sulan and his Healer mate, Dusk - but it had previously been under the rule of Weylin, Bahamut's son. So what made her think that golden boy had even made it out of the fire and into a pack? Well, he was smart - so obnoxiously and painfully smart that she would have been mind blown to discover otherwise. That was about it but in any case, his possible existence was a good enough reason to visit the border lands of Glorall. Why seek him out though? Sigh - the same reason he would have survived. He was smart and intriguing and though she had other things she should have been attending to, she could not help but think maybe she should just... check in on him. Sure, they'd only met very briefly so long ago but she did not forget very much - especially things that interested her. Hell, she even wanted to train him up at one point - imagine! Little Paulo Aurem as a tactician - oh, no pack would ever stand a chance! If only he'd been smart enough to stop the sky from falling though, huh?
Without fear of repercussion, she circled about the most commonly trekked borders of Glorall, keeping just far enough away to ensure no harm could come her way. Sure she was close to the borders but she was not passed them or even on them - so hah! She moved in a cocky, bouncing stride around and around, searching trees, stones and just about anything for a scent. Glorall was a relatively unexplored area as far as Diveen went - they knew little of the pack's geography, which meant she had no idea that the golden boy could have been hidden away on the island in the central pack region. Then again, had she known that, she probably would have bounced on over the border lines out of sheer curiosity and annoyance that they would hide what she was looking for.
Again, she paused, this time atop a large boulder, her eyes narrowed as she surveyed the land, ears cupped forward. Yes, it was a good spot, nice and high - it would allow her voice to be heard every corner of the world if she would have it that way.
"Come out, Paulo Aurem!"
If she didn't know any better, it would have sounded as if she was calling the poor boy to a death match.
