That seems fair enough A smile painted itself upon her kissers, but then waited patiently for the brute to explain what he was doing. He had found a staircase a while back, but had not been able to explore it. The brute had paused, glancing around, before asking If you would like, you could help me look for this staircase that I am seeking and I feel it would be wonderful to be in the company of a lady on this adventure. Athene paused, wanting to think about her options before responding. She could return to Spring Grounds, and meet her new pack mates, or follow this brute further into the dark, searching for a staircase that may or may not be there. While she did indeed wish to meet her new packmates, her new family really, there would be time enough for that, especially since she was planning on spending the rest of her life as a member of that pack. Aside from that, now would probably be her only chance to have a good adventure for a while, since she would have to look after her sister. Hellene had not been happy to join the pack… But was the adventure worth the risk? The chance of injury in the dark was possible… but could she resist the allure of an adventure? Athene smiled and stepped closer to the brute. “Lead on, show me the way Waste no time, do not delay Join you is what I plan to do And hopefully we shall find a way through.” Her sweet soprano rang and echoed through the cavern, until the reverberations quieted into silence. The fae leaned back upon her haunches, extending her spinal column, and allowing her front claws to expose themselves in a full stretch. As she yawned, she transferred her weight onto her forepaws, and stretched each hind limb one by one, ensuring that she would be properly limber. If the staircase was large enough, it was likely that they would have to leap between the steps, and she did not want to injure herself due to not stretching. Athene straightened out her frame, her orbs gleaming, excited for what may come ahead. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ OOC- sorry it is on the shorter side, I'm a bit off today |
