Eyes filled with tears she followed, sticking beside him the whole way, she pressed against him. Forgetting her scars for a moment she remembered and looked at the ground. Once upon a time, a half beast tamed a beast. She had tamed him, saved him. He'd saved her many times and she wanted him back, she didn't like the new him all that much. But it was her that made him this way. "Skid?" she said it as a question. She didn't know why she spoke, she couldn't bring herself to tell him to stop all this, if it made him happy, why should she worry? Cause, it already seemed like he needed it more than anything else; even her. Was she getting jealous of a flower?! Holy shit.. she was. She came back, half expecting him to cover her in snogs and nuzzles. But he hadn't.
