Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

The pack seems more lively since Tesseract took over. Everywhere I look, there'e activity. I haven't had my talk with Tesseract yet but I'm patient so I can wait till he has time. Caligula took us looking for her kids but they never showed up. I like Caligula so far. She seems nice, even if she is quiet. At least Tristan is making friends. I saw him playing with Octavia a few weeks ago and he took off with Tesseract and her to go to Spirane. I hope everything's going okay. I miss my talkative little boy but I'm glad he's trying to be something.

I haven't seen Viora around a lot and that does worry me, however. Unlike her brother whose all talk, Viora's more about action. She would rather eat your toe off than talk to you. She reminds me of me when I was younger. All fire and little else. I know she'll grow out of it with time and maturity but right now she's nothing but trouble.

I wander away from my den, not sure where I'm going, only that I need to get out more. I head down the trail toward the creek that flows through on the edge of the pack lands, figuring I might as well get a drink. Once that's fulfilled, I find a nice flat rock and stretch out on it, ready to get some sun.
