Lillith is the perfect figurehead for Iromar. She encompasses all of the stories told about the marsh wolves and their wicked desires. They are a tribal culture at best, seeking to cull out what they deem weakness and where other's see strength. The darkness does not justify they light here, it seems. For without the light would darkness even had a purpose? A place? The constant battle between opposing forces is what keeps the strength alive. The moment Iromar eradicates Diveen the world will fall into a stagnant peace and yet it will be fraught with the perils of such insanity that seem to coat each wolf of the pack. No - there cannot exist one without the other.

Natu is glad she does not belong to either clan. At times her personality can be most forgiving, probably due to the many years she has spent wandering. Time away seems to dampen the memories of such crazy ideas. Now, faced with the hungry, lean expression upon Lillith, Natu has once more found the harder side to herself that has been absent. If only she knew just how different she would be after this encounter.

The words of the female are caught by her back-turned ears as well as the movement of the Iromar Queen. Begging was not Natu's forte. Lillith was larger than her, for sure, but Natu was no less of a force when in battle. Even as the female attempted to waylay her, extending herself up into a macabre hug, Natu follows her up so that their chests press together and her own teeth seek to rip at Lillith's shoulders. There is no kindness here, no hint of the fey female that had rolled in the flowers only a few moments ago. Ice blue eyes burn with a vicious fire and forearms attempt to wrap around Lillith's broad side as she tries to rip her claws down the side of the female.

Lillith's teeth do indeed grab ahold of Natu - she can feel the skin tearing away and rush of blood spilling down her alabaster fur. A new scar to add to her list. This all happens in moments and then Natu thrusts herself backwards from Lillith, hoping to launch the Iromar wolf away from her as well but her back paw catches a rock and sends her down. Natu instinctively rolls away from Lillith - a natural act of defense and yet one that will lead to more chaos.

As she rolls the ground disappears beneath her. Her heart starts in surprise but she cannot make a noise for it happens all to quickly. Natu rolls off the edge of the earth into the chasm below. Her body hits with a painful impact, her head slamming into a rock, and all becomes black. Natu is unconscious, unmoving, with a pool of blood trickling around her but she is not dead. It will only be by luck that Lillith will think it is so and leave her to be found.
