Orion would want nothing more than to have children with his imprint, he did love her, but he was scared to bring up the proposition of being mates. Perhaps he was fearless on the battlefield but in matters of the heart he was a lot more timid. He knew that Nevaeh would make a good mother, but it was himself that he doubted, after having so many problems with his own family he wondered how well he could hold up his own. Regardless, he was sure that it would be brought up in time, after all she was his imprint and it wasn't as if he could just ignore her, and he definitely didn't want to anyway. So if something was on her mind she would tell him in time, it wasn't exactly easy to keep things away from each other when they spent so much time together.
He glanced over at her as she proposed the idea of him going to Spirane. The prospect was a bit exciting if he was honest, he hadn't seen much of the other packs and it would be nice to see Taliesin again after so long. He wondered if the golden brute would remember him, then again he seemed like the type of wolf that would remember everyone he met. Orion nodded his head, agreeing with her. "That sounds like a good idea. It'll be nice to see more of Moladion too." Even though he had been here for quite a while, after finding Nev he hadn't really gone too far from her.
He chuckled, shaking his head in mock exasperation. "Are you sure you would win though?" he said teasingly, giving her a bit of a playful nudge. He was enjoying his time out in the forest with her, he loved the smell of all the trees and leaves, and the sound the trees made when the wind blew threw them. It felt peaceful, though perhaps not for long.
Orion was about to reply to Nevaeh before he heard footsteps from behind him. He turned around, his striking yellow eyes falling upon none other than Heyel. His turned back to Nev giving her a slightly panicked glance before the white wolf sat next to her. The question made him tilt his head slightly. "I wasn't aware that forests were... an issue." he said, slightly confused. His ears pricked forward as the other continued, talking about fur suicide and falling trees. He thought that Heyel looked quite amused with himself but Orion was just confused. He knew that Nev cared about her fur but he hadn't expected it to be such an issue.
"I'm sorry for bringing you here Nevaeh, I didn't realize it was, uh... fur suicide?" he said with a bit of hesitation, unsure of what exactly to say in this situation. "And uh, it won't... happen again?" |
