Whimsy was enjoying the market, trying the samples a few booths had out. She was drawn to the sweet things, like honey cakes and sugar candies, like familiar friends, but she also tried things she would never have eaten in her previous life such as a bite of a meat pie (tasted stringy and metallic to her) or fruit (which she really liked). She was alone, not knowing very many people really, and had no familiar or wings, being quite a young fairy. She had left her long blonde hair down, heavy though it was, and decorated it with some wild flowers weaved within. Her skirt and tunic were plain in cloth, though dyed brightly, with a bead or two stitched on amidst the starts of some embroidery.

She turned slowly when she felt someone tap her on the shoulder. Who would want her attention? No one knew her. Whimsy saw before her a slightly unusual fairy about half a foot taller than her with angular features, and a familiar (or was it a familiar?) that looked like a horse but from a story, with his brilliant blue stripes and eyes. When the girl spoke the last word Whimsy did not understand. Unless it was a name, and not hers. "I'm not Sebauza..." she said haltingly. Shrugging a little, she said "If you want I can help you look for her if you want? I'm Whimsy," she added, and would have stuck out her hand to shake but it still had a cookie in it. "I don't think I caught either of your names?" Whimsy intoned hopefully.
