He wasn't mad at her for her antics, but he did allow himself to be mildly irritated. Not enough to show too much of it, because he did realize that Malleah meant him no actual harm. That was enough to be grumbly but joking, dealing with the odd situation he had placed himself in. Not that he particularly minds Malleah for whatever reason, and he was less nerved up around her now that he understood she was probably like this with anyone and it was likely her normal state of being. At this point, it seemed that she was merely playful for finding someone who wasn't touchy in a violent way, so Solitaire figured there was no harm in letting her go at it that way. After all, it must be difficult being smaller than most.
Solitaire understands the constraints of certain situations, and maybe that was why he kept coming back, even though she continued to mess with him. He allowed her an outlet for her crazy antics, and he didn't feel truly threatened by her. There was the possiblity that it was because of how bold she was in messing with him, and that it didn't feel pressured for him to do anything about it. Plus, it was true that he wanted to ensure that she was healed well by now, that it was a big part of why he continued to come back. This was now in his very nature; to want to help others when it was needed. However, with the fact that she had snuck up on him and grabbed his tail, he figured she was probably all better to have done so.
Solitaire was wary of being attacked, but that was mostly due to past events in his life that he couldn't shake completely. He felt that he probably could hold his own if he needed to do so, but he hoped that would not have to be the case. He was happy with things how they were, but he was also prepared. His ears twitched at her words and he gave her a look and rolled his eyes. It was still upbeat in expression, despite that, though. "I suppose I'll just have to look for some poor injured loner elsewhere..." He said with a grin, listening to her words and watching her move to show where that bite had been. Healed and growing fur. A very good sign. He nodded to her, the at he words chuckled. "But Mallleah, I am. I'm the Witch of Glorall, the lead healer." He looked quite pleased with himself over the matter, too.
