Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

I find her words intriguing, tilting my head to listen as she tells me what she likes to do. I laugh. "Chase and bite, two words that always go good together. What do you like to dig up? I've helped someone dig up a rabbit before." I think back to the day I found Abel trying to dig in a den and we found out soon enough that it belonged to a very disgruntled rabbit. She thinks about something for a minute before telling me that she has three siblings. My eyes widen. "Wow, that's a big family! I just have a sister, Sam. She usually goes on adventures with me but she's a little on the shy side." I adore my sister either way.

I scrunch up my face as she tries to teach me how to say her name. She makes it sound so easy. I furrow my brows in puzzlement. "Which goddess? I think I'm named after something like that too." She seems hesitant when I offer her charm but then she's looking around, obviously thinking which way she'd like to go. She decides on the beach and I nod. "Sounds good to me. Let's go!" I laugh at her exclamation. "Crabs? What's that?"
