this is my fate,
to see with eyes unclouded by hate.

Perhaps he shouldn’t have been so amused with whom he was speaking with. God of Gods. Haziel had repeated it because of his name. Haziel meant literally as “God Sees” so ironic when he was blind. What did that say about the god of gods? Though Haziel was also the angel that showed mercy which maybe wasn’t as appropriate either. His back tail flicked lightly when he asked his question. It was open ended, meant to allow for room to give a quick decisive answer. While the answer wasn’t unexpected it wasn’t expected either. Haziel nodded. No. Well that could mean many things. He had asked if Dieloch had gone to him, that didn’t mean he didn’t know Dieloch, or it could meant a number of things. Things Haziel would explain after he was told his question.

”I did, the wolf who Dieloch carries the scent of across our borders. Zeus, god of gods, the wolf that is causing problems for Diveen, who had attacked wolves that sought shelter in Spraine. It did not know it would be you, Zeus, but I did find who I was looking for. Though it wasn’t what I had completely expected. ” He said honestly. For Haziel never before knew the scent of Zeus, he had never met him but he had heard his name. Anyone that caused his family troubles immediately became infamous after all. He was happy he was proving useful now, to his pack, to his alpha the answers perhaps weren’t exactly expected but they were better than anticipated. Eden, Haziel thought, had his suspicions to what he was doing, but now Haziel was here standing before this wolf alone. With answers that perhaps this wolf didn’t want him having. Even with his subtle answer of No it still answered a lot of things.

He was am happy with the answer he had gained from him. He obviously knew of him for scent alone told him that. Haziel had a sharp mind, much like his mother, much like his grandfather too. He took the time to digest and take what all these things could me. Dieloch didn’t go to him, so Zeus went to him instead it seemed. It could be the other way around, but regardless Zeus had interest in Dieloch. Why? Well Eden could choose how to handle that part. Perhaps they could torture Dieloch or just kick him out if he didn’t spill the reason for the attraction. Regardless Haze was content with the answer, even if Zeus didn’t think he would be.
