Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

I am Orb.
Things were getting very confusing and he didn't know where to start or what to do. It had been so long since he was in control but his mind was disjointed and rattled and he wasn't able to think straight. They had found their imprint in a female that lived in Asteraia. Her name was Aster and she was truly breath taking...but she wasn't Elowen. It had been too long since he'd last laid eyes on her and he was beginning to think she was avoiding him or something. What if he'd been too weird the last time they'd spoke? What if Bandit had gotten his meaty hooks into her and drove her off? He would never forgive him if he did.
"NEVER IS A LONG TIME, MI AMIGO. WE'RE STUCK WITH EACH OTHER, MIGHT AS WELL FORGIVE AND FORGET, I SAY."
He hated that Bandit was right. He felt a strong urge to go back to Asteraia, to find Aster again and just talk to her, anything to hear her voice. But he was trying to fight it, if only for his own sanity. He couldn't think straight around her. Diesel was all for the imprint, it would seem. He was tongue tied and almost awkward around her, something he was never known for before. She was changing them and Orb wasn't sure if he liked it.
Kyra and Mags were all for true love. Kyra was trying to convince them to go back to Asteraia cause she liked the butterfly feeling they all got around Aster but Mags knew how Orb felt about Elowen and she was sad for him. She wanted him to be happy, to be with the one he wanted. She thought Aster had a little bit of an attitude anyway and she didn't like the way she had spoken to them. Elowen was nice though and innocent.
"YOU'LL FIND HER, ORB. JUST DON'T GIVE UP."
"ON THE OTHER PAW, DO GIVE UP, ORB. SHE DIDN'T LIKE YOU MUCH ANYWAY. TOLD ME SO, HERSELF. I THINK SHE RATHER LIKES BAD BOYS. SHE SEEMED TO HAVE A LIKING FOR ME."
Bandit winked and Orb scowled and looked away. He couldn't see that smug expression, not right now.
"HE'S LYING. SHE DID LIKE YOU. BUT YOU HAVE TO ADMIT, THE PULL TO ASTER IS STRONGER. THERE'S ONLY SO LONG TILL WE MUST SEE HER AGAIN. DON'T YOU FEEL IT? IT'S LIKE WE'LL DIE IF WE DON'T KNOW SHE'S OKAY."
Orb stiffened and paused. Diesel was right. There was a definite tension the further they got from Asteraia and it was only muddling his mind up more. He wanted to run and be rid of it, to break the chains that held them to Aster. It was obvious she didn't want them, after all. She was an empress, she had said. They were beneath her in his opinion.
"PSH, IF SHE'S AN EMPRESS THEN I'M THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND. SHE'S JUST FULL OF HERSELF. PRETTY....BUT FULL OF HERSELF. YOU JUST NEED TO REMIND HER THAT YOU'RE THE BEST THING FOR HER. THAT'LL WIN HER OVER, FOR SURE!"
Orb sighed and sat down on the banks of the lake, staring at his reflection in the water. He wondered what Elowen was doing right now and if she was thinking about him. He missed her terribly.
