Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Arturio may have over-stayed his welcome in Glorall. Or rather, he stayed at Nari's behest. True, he ventured out of the pack of his own accord, but was still drawn back to his imprint. The white male still didn't have a word for their unexplained bond. There was only so much conversation to be had with the mute wolfess. However, they did well enough. Some things were harder to communicate than others (like their bond). Body language and paw gestures only went so far. That didn't change the fact that his presence had been relatively unhindered by the residents of Glorall. And either their Alpha knew he was there and didn't care, or wasn't worried, or was completely oblivious. Since he scent was intermixed with Nari's Arturio was inclined to lean with 'Not Worried'. No doubt his imprint held standing within the pack, and if she was accepting of his presence, he wouldn't be bothered.

However, he also had no intention of staying attached to her at all times when he was here. Sure, the giant brute had found a spot within the pack to sleep not far from where Nari kept her den. Intentionally, of course. He would not encroach on her time with her family, knowing she had two children that Art didn't think were terribly old, still young enough to spend significant time around their mother. His green gaze drifted about the lands as he moved away from the beaches. Breaking the rules a bit, certainly, but he carried himself in as little of a threatening manner as possible. Tail low, head not held as high as he might prefer. His size was imposing enough as it was to those not quite so large.

His tail swayed naturally with his gait as he moved along, wondering who he might come across. Arturio actually hoped to cross paths with Eden. Make his staying here more... legal, so to speak. He hadn't gotten much information about the Fortitude of Glorall, so all the more reason to find him sooner or later.
