Did somebody take Entercom to court over RADIO.COM? I thought that was really catchy.
And a lot easyer to spell than Oddasee dot com.
I was expecting RADIO to start an online network like I heart when local broadcasting dies. Thats a really good brand and great choices. I listen to their sleep channel or a softer sound of unfamiliar lyrics. I cant go to sleep singing along to top 40 music in my head. And I'm not in the car long enough to hear a symphony. And bored with oldies from a short attention span when there's so much great music they ignore.
Small town radio doesnt do that, I've learned when traveling. They don't have some suit in the headshed telling them what to play everyday. Maybe I've just heard good music for too many years to listen just to the annual top tens back to 1971. Shit, thats fifty freakin years!
Goddam, I would never have listend to 50 year old music (from the early 1920s) in the sixties when I was a transister radio kid.
Speaking of online, have your heard this week Biden wants to invest BILLIONS wiring the whole country for free WIFI??? That will be another MEGACHANGE in communication. No need for a dozen sticks scattered around town when everything's SATRAD on the internet.
