Is that the story Robin concocted or told you morons to follow since she was standing there and watched? No, it was a simple battery and if the media gets a hold of it and it shows a "white fireman hitting a black man in the head who was in obvious mental health or substance abuse crisis". The fireman is a block head for doing what he did, and since no other CPD decided to punch this guy, that no threat was assumed. He'll be sitting at SLD or Air Mask until he get's "a ride" to 35th st. where he'll be taken into custody is how this will all play out.
