The extra scrutiny on the 0800 mask drill is because ol boy never did the mask drill in the Quinn because he was claustrophobic, yet they passed him anyway. He died of smoke inhalation with a full SCBA bottle. Also means every single officer that signed off on the 0800 drill helped kill him too. At least his mother will get rich suing the city....
