Could you imagine that? Half these mongoloids and CPS educated retards can’t even take a blood pressure. You’ll see hospital based EMS before you’ll ever see a true dual trained department. The other half graduated from Mt. Caramel and Brother Rice and are too busy drinking themselves to death at the north or southside brigade in between delivering pizzas on their days off. This truly is the “White man lottery” that has saved many a ditch diggers from their true fate.
