Rules• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. • Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. • All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. • Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. • You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. • Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce. |

Part of the herd..... part of the family.....
The air was heavy; thick with tension and the promise of more snow as Xina pulled herself free from the freezing salt water that lapped against the shore. The air that was so cold whipped sharply against her thin summer flesh and a shiver ran up her spine as she stopped to let her gaze drift across the very place she never thought to see again. It had been 10 summers since Xina had seen the Crossing and it was still all too soon to see it again. A snort suddenly pushed free of her nostrils and she dropped her head, her eyes taking in every angle possible of the enemy territory.

Jerking up her head to be held high with her ears forward and eyes rolling to show the whites, the roan mare launched herself forward into a long stretching gallop. Barreling into the Falls she did not slow to scent or see whom might be lingering, her hooves churning the snow as she powered on without so much as a hesitant pause.

Soon the dark clutches of the Lagoon lingered ahead and the mare ducked her head down as she plowed through a tangle of vines and vegetation. They clung at her icy skin; the salt water that had rolled down her flesh when first emerging from its merciless grasp now stayed frozen, coating her body with a thin layer was being ripped away by the deadend greens to leave bruises and cuts from her careless rush.

Suddenly she came to a sliding halt, her wild eyes looking around the dank Lagoon that seemed frozen in time. Blood lined every tree and clung to her legs, splattering her skin and dripping from her lips. It was all a red haze, dripping and oozing every direction she looked. But she was here for a purpose and she had to look past all of those things to do what she had come for.

Xina let's out a scream, her voice echoing through the still and silent Lagoon. She does not care who hears or who comes; she does not care if Rade finds her. Let him come, perhaps it was really him she was after.

She needed to find Dia. Xina needed to make the family whole again.
Ooc: there isnt really blood except from a few of her scraps. Xina is just imaging it
