Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

A pirate flag and an island girl

Cerulean eyes fall on Dixon, she admires the qualities that he holds, from the cockiness to the mischievous looks that he throws in her direction. A smile begins to trace across her pink lips at his words. "Are you willin' to get a little dirty?" "Only if you show me the best ways to get dirty." She returns his quip, with the same hint of suggestiveness. As the few minutes tick by, she knew what she was about to do was completely out of the norm for her. But who was going to stop her? She had barely seen Lyden since his mysterious disappearance, her fate was in her own hands. She focuses her attention on Dixon, she knew that deep down there was something gentle and good inside of him.

"Alright, show me your home." As he nudges her, she hoped that he couldn't feel the tension that was coursing through her veins. She did not know what to expect from the Lagoon. Would their be stallions, lurking in the shadows? Or would they be out in the open, staring at the pair? As they near the border, she can feel the warmth that the Lagoon offered. It was not an uncomfortable warmth, it was a bit sticky, but she did not mind. As he halts at the border, she gives him a nod, signaling that she trusted him. She was here to follow him, that is at-least what she had told him she was going to do. She felt a small bit of fear crawling up from her belly, she swallows hard, desperately trying to keep her composure. At-least on the outside.

Stay close to me A smirk touches her lips, perhaps he was using this as an excuse to get closer to her, but there was a warning on the edge of his words. A warning that she wisely chose to heed. The trees begin to close around them, she voluntarily presses into Dixon's ebony side. Their skin pressed together, radiating warmth, creating a slick sheen of sweat on her perlino skin. She can feel his breathing, his masculine musk wafts into her pink nostrils, filling her mind with memories. She was so involved in the feel and smell of him, that she almost didn't hear him speaking to her. She had not even realized that he had moved ahead of her, or that he was on high alert. She shakes out her perlino tresses, a feeling of sheepishness coming over her. Whatcha think?"

"I erm, I am sorry... Its beautiful Dixon." Her cerulean eyes focus on his dark eyes, she continues. "Thank you for showing me your home. It suits you. In a good way of course. " A small giggle escapes her lips, the Lagoon was not as bad as everyone made it out to be. Dixon, fell into that same category, she knew that he was different than the front he put on.
