Better we ban those who have mental problems like it was done in the early days -many who were mentally unstable spent lifetimes in mental institution against their will. The institutions were closed because they were not of benefit to society, and individual rights. Freedom has a terrible price we all pay. The right to own a lethal weapon is to have a weapon to prevent the government from eliminating our individual rights
