Speaking of the National Popular Vote Mandate.
According to the below-linked article in today's local paper, the Mandate has a difficult road ahead before being adopted by the necessary states to achieve even 270 electoral votes. (And not winning the votes of 75% of the states, as I think it should , if it is to represent the approval of a "de facto constitutional amendment").
