Larka did not expect to be left standing alone for long, but then again, she had not expected to be overheard either. Raven tipped ears flicker amid the curling tangle of her dark obsidian locks. Pale silver blue eyes shift as the sounds of a soft voice reach her ears long before his dark form separates from the shadows of the thick jungle trees. For a moment she is suspicious, of what, she was not sure that she could say. The inhabitats of the island of Atlantis knew nothing of her struggle of wills against Liland, why would they even care.

Visably she relaxes as the boy approaches cautiously. It was clear to her that he was indeed a son of Rougaru for although he might differ in coloration from his father, still the subtle similarities are there right down to the thick feathers along strong legs. Being a friendly creature in nature, Larka lets a warm smile fall into place upon her small muzzle. Pale lashes blink slowly over glacier eyes as she exhales a deep breath. "It is nothing. I was talking more to myself than anything." she murmurs shifting her gaze for a mere moment back to the horizon. Liland's form had long disappeared from her view, no doubt already content back on the island of Tinuvel with her son. The thought brought a new level of bile rising within her throat. The colt's quiet breathing draws her gaze back to him and she tilts her head ever so slightly to allow gaze to study him. "You know, it is rude to approach someone without proper introductions." she purrs, the smallest of smiles tugging her velveteen labrums upwards, showing that her chastising tone was not truly meant. "My name is Larka. You are a son of Rougaru are you not?" she inquires curiously.
