Wishing you the best

Of course she held her ground. This lady was far from a chicken. She realized that if you turned and tucked your tail at every new face; you would be lonely forever. Where was the adventure in that? No, it was not a life she ever wanted that was definite. Better to face ahead with your eyes staring right out at whatever may be before you. Annie truly felt that was the best way to approach anything or anyone. Yes sir!

"You did." He certainly had. Most got it wrong but somehow, Collision Course had not been one of those creatures. Interesting really. It intrigued her how it had rolled from his tongue. Probably odd to him at first. No, there had been no intrusion. Why would that have even been the case? Not for this girl. Far from it. She enjoyed the company already. It was something craved; something needed. Being alone was not a life for Andreania. It would never be a life for her.

Of course he would like that mention. Two beings were often better than one for anything. Well almost anything. There were times that you did not want company but for Annie, those were far and in-between. When he allowed her movement first, their walk began. An ear would flick to his vocalization then as they moved side by side. I did actually. I rather enjoyed the taste. It is nothing like where I came from originally. There was nothing sweet and it tasted so dry most of the time." Not really something she had been too fond of honestly.

His inquiry of her history with islands drew those thoughts from her again. She sighed a little and chuckled. "Ah the sea and sand alike. No, not necessarily with islands. Shores though. Yes, I have lived by the sea but islands; they are new to me. I must say however that I am finding myself to enjoy them." She pauses a moment to catch a breath before continuing. "What about yourself?" She asked in return of him. Her head moved however and those brilliant eyes landed on a grassy patch that seemed to mingle in with a good amount of sand.

"Oh look!" Perhaps their content in dropping the flies was about to become a reality. Just maybe. It looked promising anyway.
