Rage colored her vision as she ducked into the waves around Paradise, heading to the free lands. Hearing that challenge call crying out sent her heart into bitter pieces for her friend and co-lead mare and left her with an innate urge to coat her tongue in Liland's blood. How dare he go after Zjeena again after everything he'd already put her through?! She churned her legs through the ocean water, striking out with renewed anger at every swimming stroke as her ears flattened to her skull. Her rounded stomach didn't slow her down as much this time as it did her first pregnancy but still she was hyper aware of the innocent life inside her. Maybe it was just her hormones clouding her emotions but she knew she couldn't stay quiet any longer. Liland played the victim card again and again while terrorizing the mare he once called the love of his life. What gave him the right?

She moved on and left him but he couldn't stand that so he made her leave her children. He broke her down again and again, forcing her to have his children even after she was no longer his mare and then threatening to separate her from them too like it was no big deal. Monster gnashed her teeth as she met the shore lines of the Meadow, her hooves stomping unceremoniously in the sand as she stomped up onto the beach and shook out her coat. Her soaking tail lashed at her flanks in clear agitation as she took off in a ground eating trot across the landscape. She used to escape and come here and the Falls all the time, something to keep Rougaru chasing after her again and again. It was good fun, but took more out of her when she was pregnant. Even so, she knew she couldn't just stay in Paradise and fester anymore. It was high time she let the world know who Liland really was.

She aimed to watch the free lands from now on and call him out every chance she got. He deserved that and more for his continued harassment of Zjeena. She had taken it time and again but she had support and it was time Monster started to show hers. Zjeena wasn't alone in this anymore and she never would be again. Rougaru continued to fight for her and Monster knew it tore him in two every time Liland gained a victory, if only for the toll it took on the pretty cream Fjord. She couldn't face Liland on the battle field herself right now but she would still do her part. As she moved through the meadow, she came across the scent of another mare. It wouldn't have caused her too much interest if it wasn't saturated in Liland's musky scent. Snorting, she tossed her head and headed toward the source, wondering who she would find.

When the other mare came into view, Monster knew she didn't recognize the mare. She slowed as she closed in on the creek, lowering her head some and announcing her approach with a low nicker. Her ears pricked and her tail swished behind her, nostrils flaring to taste the mare's scent better as she got closer. She wanted to know if her company wasn't welcome right off but otherwise, she felt she could at least clue the mare in on what she was getting into with Liland. "Hello, I'm Monster. I'm sorry for the intrusion. I came across your scent and recognized the stallion's marker on it. Liland....is not the stallion he portrays himself to be to the mares he comes across in the Common. If you don't want to know more, I'll say no more about it. I just felt it your right to know if you do want to." She put her offer on the table and watched the mare carefully for her reaction.
