How many days had it been since her arrival? The ebony mare couldn't recall. She'd spent most of her time near the beach she had washed up upon, hiding in the tree cover from others. It must have been months she presumed as the seasons faded into each other. Since arriving, she had not found anyone else from her ship. She often wondered if she was the only one whom had survived the wreakage. Her only interactions in the last several days had been the Islands wildlife. In the last several months, only one equine had approached her. There were others, Endora had seen them from distances, choosing the seclusion of the Forests instead of interacting with them. The Friesian mare moved gracefully through the treeline, breaking it's wall into the vast meadow. She couldn't call the trees much for coverage these days as the beginning stages of winter had settled into the Islands. Soft wafts of breath curled around her whiskered muzzle as she breathed softly into the earth. The grasses were sparse, hardly enough to sustain the dark mare as she snipped at them carefully.
