You like to talk, but you don't know how to listen.
I was raised in a Southern Baptist Church and I can tell you, AA is nothing like a Southern Baptist Church.
No matter what I say, you just have to ignore it and go on another overly long monologue. The same kind of monologue that you accuse AAers of doing.
How many times do I have to say it, I've been sober over 40 years and my experience is nothing like yours.
And I think I know what I am talking about.
If a person goes to a meeting and doesn't like the group, there are meetings all over town and all different times.
You just keep going until you find a group that you like.
