I remember the top heavy Albany that had been retrofitted with electronics gear topside. I was just entering the mess hall on Saturday morning during the storm when the ship rolled (they said 53 degrees). First the starboard mess hall collapsed and folding table, sailors, plates and silverware hit the starboard bulkhead. Then she rolled to port and a mixture of people, blood, and beans sloshed to that bulkhead as that side of the mess hall collapsed. Never saw anything like it before or since.
