Seasonal Weather, Seasonal Pests

With the warmer weather, I saw three panhandlers at the intersection closest to my workplace this afternoon.

I used to give occasionally to people who were handicapped or otherwise in need, however - -

In most cases, the panhandlers' only observable handicap seems to be an allergy to work, so I pass them by.
