The harsh Tinuvel weather barely surprises him any more. What did come to a surprise was how fast the land grew cold this time around. Fall was always the beginning of a long winter for Tinuvel's residents, but never did he recall it growing this chilly so early. Nico begins to think it was some bad omen considering the recent events in the Cove. It was Nyimara's push to steal the Cove from their family that now drives him into the Inlet.

Unlike his bother Haskuldr (who sits comfortably in the Arch), Nico has business arrangements with his sister in the Inlet. They had been planning his rise into power for years now. The timing had never felt right because he still had a lot to learn when it comes to leading a herd. Still, only officially doing the task would truly get him ready. The weather change only made him second guess the arrangement.

Was Tinuvel crying ice tears for the sake of their father? Or was this a sign to the future struggles of his upcoming rule into power? He could not allow this event to keep him from the goal he has had since he was a small child. Parvati would be with him to guide him on this journey.

Driven into the mountains for shelter, Nico's attention turns to the strangers seeking shelter. "Seems the ice even brings strangers to our midst," He says as he approaches the trio. His lashes begin to freeze as his eyes squint to keep focus on the unknown stallion and his mares. If he was to lead the Inlet he would need to know everyone who broke its borders. Amongst the ice he would need to find out if these travelers were friends or foes to the crown.
