U
pon the horizon framed by storm clouds and cresting a mountain was a mammoth of a mare. Eyes of amber flickered faintly as lightning lashed against the sky behind her, framing her black and white body in its glowing light. Rain poured from the skies and ran in streams down her legs and stomach, dropping onto the soil with little wet splashed from the torrent and speed in which the rain moved. It was a true downpour, one that left floods in its wake as it tore its way through the lands for many days at a time with no end in sight.

Fluttering white traced nostrils, the mare took in a breath with her black ears shoving forward. Lifting white feathered feet, the mare moved down the mountain upon a trail. Her long tail drug the ground behind her, the ends slowly breaking off and becoming shorter with time. Knots found themselves all over her body, begging to be torn out by branches and anything else in her way. The tight strands ached at times before they grew out, but as time went on and more storms raged against her body over the seasons, the knots got more and more tangled until finally she was forced to itch them out with anything that would break them free.

Shaking her head as she moved through, the mare let out a puff of air from her nostrils as her body headed down to a land she had never been. This black and white creature was named Hush Hush and she had been roaming the lost islands for a few seasons now. It had come time for her to escape the mountainous region known as the peak though for she had healed in their depths with no one having found her. The black and white mare was not one for those other mares anyway as her lip faintly curled and her ears twitched forward. They were… more interesting than she would like to admit of course, but Hush Hush had no time for horses that were more… back stabby than anything else.

Humming under her breath, the black and white mare moved to the commons where her body soon enough rested out in the open area. Her amber eyes flicked sky high as she watched the storm, the lightning and ground shaking thunder beautiful to her eyes. It was with this storm that Hush Hush finally emerged from her hole and found herself searching for something. That something though would be learned over the course of time as she let her eyes close against one bright splash of white lightning, her black lips quirking up at the corners begging for a bit of fun.
