She should go home. She really should. That thought plagues a young mares mind as her large hooves stand firm on the banks of the Inlet. Her pale frame stares off into the distance, gentle eyes watching the ocean as it rolls in turbulent waves against her hooves. She could taste the brine upon the air, her nostrils pinching every so often as a strong gust of it would batter against her face. She should leave this place and head home where the beach smelt different, yet she found herself staying on Tinuvel and slowly losing whatever real need she had for Luthien.
Turning her head slowly, Dreamer finally let out a long breath. She had been silently living here ever since Nicodemus won her in a challenge. He had told her she was free, that she wasn't forced to be here the day he claimed her. Yet, Dreamer could not make herself return. So, she shifted her hooves this time around with enough courage to head farther into the Inlet. She would make herself a home here, she was sure of it.
Walking through the open landscape before finding an area that would let her see far, Dreamer shook out her whole frame. She had to muster up the courage to do what she was about to do. Opening her lips, the daughter of Tyr called to the stallion of calm strength. She didn't know Nicodemus well, or hardly at all for that matter. Yet, the pale maiden found herself curious if he would take her as a true member to his herd.
