Maybe the online firemanship courses aren�t working. This comes down to one thing and one thing only. Lack of training. It�s Al about repetition and though the training is lacking the responsibility falls about the member to make sure he is knowledgeable and able to do his job. If you don�t think you�re up to the task ask for additional help. It�s that easy. Get over the ego and take a good hard look in the mirror.
