Won�t have to worry about affordability. Keep extra money in something higher yield or buy mountain land. If you are worried about AI economy it makes more sense to have even more cash tied up in house? If you are worried about retirement you are going to lock up all cash in zero or low leverage housing?

- Feels like remote work is drying up, and expensive non-revenue generating resources are not high-priority.
