Not a day has gone by where she hasn't thought about the wild bay stallion. It was hard not to with their beautiful child attached to her hip. Valor had a complexion very similar to his sire which reminded her every day to seek him out. Their child was the ultimate thank you gift and Valor deserves to know his father. He needs to know all the bad talk his grandmother says about the Lagoon wasn't fully true. Some of it was, yes, but not his father.

Her son was old enough to take the journey to the Lagoon and she wanted to make the journey before Summer ended. It was too dangerous to venture out during fall so she soon decided today would be the day.

Valor kept close to her side just as she asked of him. They walled down the mountain, across the fields flowers and grass, until they stealthy made it passed the commons. It was as they neared the border that Harmonie slows. "Stay close until we can find your father." She would not feel safe to let Valor off her side until Caine was with them. Even now the stallion made her feel safe.

The pair carefully cross into the stallion infested territory where they soon wait. Harmonie does not venture far passed the border and she keeps Valor close to her side. Weary eyes search the surroundings hoping he may come to them on smell alone.
