Siege's tail waved lightly as his mate and remaining pup came into view. As Ume ran up to him however Kai took the oppertunity to pounce her blue/grey pelted sister to the ground. She couldn't help but do it. It was /so/ warm here! Kai didn't mind the cold but being in the warm was like going from outside of the den to in it. There was just a really big change! As Kai started dancing around her sister she was aware that Oki and Samikle were being very quiet. That was very strange for them, perhaps finally they were deflating both of their fat heads? She sure hoped so, she knew that it got on everyones nerves despite her Father's chuckles that "boys would be boys" she knew that he was growing annoyed with their brotherly rivalry too. It was wonderful to see them laughing and having fun out here in this land too. It was enough to put her in a great mood. For once she didn't have to be their mediator and peace keeper.

"Alavera, it's nice out today, huh? A good day to teach the kids how to get their own food. And its going to be sink or swim. From now on I'm not giving out hand outs except for dinner." Siege informed. "You guys are old enough to be catching yourself any other meals." He didn't want to borrow anything from his father, but it was exactly how Siege was taught. As soon as he hit the age were they could go on hunts Siege starved until he could kill his own food. He wasn't even really taught properly and there was no 'dinner hand outs either' if he didn't catch anything that day he didn't eat, end of story. This also would hopefully provide Alli and himself with some more 'together' time. It seemed all they did was hunt or break up little scawbles between them.

Siege continued it seemed even Oki and Sam were focused intently on their father. The only one he worried about having problems was Hayabusa. But he proved that he was strong, though a runt he could still easily kill and take down a hare if he wanted too. "So today, I will be hunting, and you guys will be observing, and following /silently/." His eyes narrowed on the two rowdy boys before continuing. "I might even let you play with something a bit if I can find and damage something small enough for you guys to practice on today." He added with a shrug. He had heard from Tomahawk that it was how he taught Claymore. Their father's first chosen... Siege shuddered slightly. There were so many of them... He didn't much want to think about all of that.

He waited to see if any of them would complain or if they had any questions. It seemed Kai, Oki, and Sam got the message. Then Siege's red eyes moved to Alli, a smile on his maw. He would see what would happen today...
