Once again, the male found himself to be alone. He and his mate had the habit of being wanderers, exploring the land and losing sight of anything else. For the past few months, the amazingly large brute had been in solitude in a cave by Wolf Mountain. Today was initially no different than others. He was laying on the cold dark surface of dirt and rock for hours, staring at the bright world on the outside. What drew him out with actually a small, cute rabbit. He watched as it grazed calmly on the fresh greens that are coming with spring. But another figure caught his attention in the distance...that of a predator. His orange eyes opened wide, he knew he had to scare the little rabbit away. The old brute got to his golden paws, burst out of the cave's mouth, golden wings spread all the way, and surely enough the rabbit ran as quickly as it could to a safe spot. Lowering his wings, the quad colored male sighed. Well, he was already out. Might as well get a drink.

Lz moved without much care for his surroundings. Sure, he avoided plants when he could, taking known paths to the river. He was not scared to take such paths, his large size seemed to scare away most creatures. As he came upon the river, he felt a sense of calming come over him from the sound of the water. He dipped his cream colored maw down, sipping on the mysterious liquid, eyes closed in a silent enjoyment. After his drink, yawned once again, and lay by the side of the river to watch the fish swim along.
