I have to agree with you and Tom. If John Parker had not sued WE ( AII OF US ) would not have recieved $5700.00 we have already recieved and possibly will recieve more!
The Insurance Co. should have had to pay for the Trustees honest mistake.
I have read the Appeals Court ruling about 5 times and ,in my opinion ( I am not an Attorney ), the Trial Court is going to have rule again on ONLY where the Attorneys Fees comes fron, using the " Common Fund "and not Chapter 175 & 185 to decide the payment!
