Henadin ran through the terra, his large paws landing upon the ground without a sound. His ears and muddy orbs continuously flickered, taking in all of the sounds and sights around him. His dislike of the situation was read clear as day on his face as a slight scowl laid upon his maw. Still, it was a sure path that he travelled upon, one that was directed toward the part of Blossom Forest that he least wanted to go to, less even than the packlands that he know called home. Romance River. A mate was not what he wanted. He worked well on his own, he survived on his own. When he had come upon his sister, he had adapted, and learned to work well with her as well. And it was because of his twin sister that he was here. She wanted a mate, and said that a mate would make her happy. And then had proceeded to tell him that if he had a mate, he would be happier too. Henadin had, of course, scoffed at that idea, but she had been persistent in her request, and so here he was.

His nares flared, as a cool, fresh breeze came upon him. Henadin’s stride paused. Through the next set of trees, he knew he would find the running water that this land was named after. Now was his last time to turn back. But that would mean disappointing his sister. No… he would carry on through the trees. He would stay one day… his surly nature and silence was sure to chase away all of the single femmes, and at the end of the day, he would return to his sister mateless, and he would say that he had tried, and with the faint scent of the other lupines here, she would be unable to doubt him.

His frame nudged its way through the brush, and came upon a fae, whose worried face matched his, although Henadin was sure that her look of worry was for a different reason than his. He smiled at her before he could stop himself, and sat down next to her in silence. The smile quickly disappeared as quickly as it had appeared. His orbs landed upon hers, and although his ears flickered about, his gaze remained steady. His head lowered slightly in greeting, and he curled his plume around his grey form, settling in.
