Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

The boy shifted around once or twice in the resting spot he had chosen before finally settling into a comfortable position. His soft blue hues fluttered shut as his body completely relaxed. This place was so wonderful. The sound of birds chirping in the blossoming tree above him helped lull the young lad into a light sleep.

He wasn't asleep for ten minutes before he was ripped from his peaceful state when another body tripped over his own, causing a loud yelp to escape his lips. "Hey!--" He began, but was cut off when the other boy's tail covered his mouth to keep him quiet. His eyes widened at the familiar scent wafting off the boy, sky-blue eyes flicking up to meet the lad's eyes. Seerower?

Once everything calmed down and Row moved away, Skipper pushed himself to his feet. A little smirk curled on his kissers as he watched the chipmunk fall once again from the smaller lad's jaws. It had been much too long since they had seen each other. Skip had almost forgotten just how mischievous his best mate could be. His thoughts were forgotten when the smaller body collided with his own again, Row's front legs wrapping tightly around Skipper's neck in a tight hug. The young brute chuckled, throwing his left leg over his best friend's back to pull him closer, even if it was a short-lived moment.

"I see you haven't kept out of trouble, Row," he pointed out, a wide smile taking place of the smirk on his lips. Seerower had never been good at masking his feelings -- that, or perhaps Skipper could just see right through him. Still, he gave the smaller pirate a soft, apologetic look. He knew he had been gone for much too long, and he shouldn't have just abandoned his best friend like that. Seerower was the only one that Skipper could really open up to. Row was the only one that he really trusted, and he did feel awful for leaving the lad. He sighed softly taking a few steps closer to Row.

Lowering his crown, Skipper picked up the fallen rodent between his strong jaws, handing it over to Seerower. "Here. Been picking on the older wolves, Row?" He chuckled, voice slightly muffled by the furry creature between his teeth. His bright blue eyes shined with a newly found happiness as he looked at his best friend, only then starting to realize just how much he had missed the boy.
