Happy. She couldn’t ever remember being happy, not really. She had always been okay, or fine, but never truly happy. She didn’t know if she even knew what that was like. She had always had fantasies as a little girl, of a happily ever after, but she had never gotten one. No, she didn’t think that even now, she would have one. Cynical, maybe. She sighed, watching the wind blow some of the snow around. She shifted her weight, her mind still reeling a little bit, thinking of all the what ifs and could be’s.
Her eyes wandered back to the onyx male, her mind drifting to his words. “It is a pretty big burden.” she spoke softly, shifting her weight from one foot to another, the weight was uneven for now, easing the pressure on her hips a little. “You smell of the other packs, have you chosen where you feel at home? Or perhaps you have a few in mind.” Out of curiosity, wondering if the pack he chooses would be an eventual ally for Asteraia, maybe. It would be nice to keep in touch with him, it felt as if she didn’t have to hide anymore here with him. She hadn’t thought of friends when she first arrived in Moladion, but the thought was nice to entertain. The possibility of being friendly enough with someone that they kept in contact.
