Dead still. That�s what she was. Terrified and uncomfortable. Especially since she could not pick up on just where the nightmarish creature was� whatever was looking at her, she couldn�t pinpoint the direction from which it was gazing at her. And then� You kill like a natural but hold yourself like an amateur. What�s the fun in that, little rabbit? Thea�s head twisted slowly to the side, trying to guess where the sound was coming from. Her shoulders hunched and she twitched her auds, eyes wide. A bird took off from a branch and she immediately jumped, skittish beyond belief. Her eyes looked untrustingly towards the branches, watching as they swayed in the night breeze. No. Amalthea didn�t have any intention of answering this strange voice�though she immediately knew that it was male and that it was a varg. Again the cavern caught her lilac gazers and she inched away from it a bit. Besides she knew not how to answer the question without totally giving away her background, plus she wasn�t sure if she had understood it totally. Given that she was still getting used to using language once more after her life of silence in a forest that had no other varg in it besides her opposite, Yona. And she was not going to give her background to a creature that stayed in the shadows�or anyone, actually. The moon was just starting to rise, a Cheshire smile in the dark sky. Amalthea desperately wished that she had not travelled off course. Her heart rate having increased ridiculously by now, it was starting to hurt her chest. She took a deep breath in through her nares and shut her eyes tight, willing herself to relax.
