There was something out of place in Moladion. When she had first arrived she had wandered near the border of the packs. They each had their merits and advantages, but neither one seemed like the right place. Deep down she had always wanted to belong to others, and yet, she knew she would always be turned away. She remained a loner finding that it was better for her needs and wants. She was not the only wolf in Moladion that craved the flesh of their kind from time to time. There were other wolves that were different, and these wolves did not always eat other lupine, but they had each had something that made them ‘unusual’ to everyone. This was a place where all wolves could be accepted. This was a haven not just for her imprint, but for others as well. Here any wolf, of any kind, of any flaw, were allowed to be as themselves…as nature intended. She was proud to have such a place that was different from the other packs. She was content to have such a small pack in a land that others felt weren’t so…good. The fields were just as good as any other type of terrain for a pack to live in. Really, others shouldn’t judge so much, sometimes everyone needs to see beyond what is there.
Tick Tock did not see herself as some sort of highly titled wolf. She was an Alpha, this was true, and yet she did not give herself such a high ruling title. Instead she used the name she was always associated with ever since she was a pup. It did not bother her to be called such a thing, because every monster becomes a monster…when they are needed to be. Quietly she approached her borders to see the first wolf that had called to her. It did not bother her at all that the other would stare at her face. Rather each time the girl would shift her eyes she would purposefully follow it, forcing the girl to look upon her mauled face, insisting that they talk eye to eye. Her reasoning for wanting to join her pack wasn’t a wrong one at all. Rather she was quite content with the answer, but she wanted Nakato be very much aware of what she was getting herself into. She would very much like to have a healer wolf within her ranks, but she wanted to make sure that every member would be loyal not just to herself or Tobais…but to each other. They had a nice small group, they were not as tight knit as the others, but that would come in time. Softly her cool lyrics dripped out gently as she gave the girl a bit of an insight.
“In our pack everyone will be protected and provided for. The fields are safe and I had made sure that it would be a haven for all. Although, there are some things I feel like you must know before you step into these borders and become a part of this pack.”
She would grow silent for a moment those cold azure eyes locking in on her own, making her small speech something quite imperative that she know and understand.
“There are some wolves within this pack that do indeed hunt and eat species of our own kind. No one attacks their own here. Tobias is a wolf that will believe you are his and he will always protect you…even if he acts a bit odd. All wolves here are accepting of one another, even the ones that do not desire the taste of wolf flesh. If you can tolerate living in a pack that protects and provides for each other, and you can look past each other’s flaws, then I can accept you into our ranks. Not all wolves are as tolerable as we are.”
Not many wolves would want to live side by side with wolves that hunt and kill their own kind, and yet, Tick Tock was looking for members that were different. Part of that was finding wolves that would be accepting of all wolves…no wolf should be turned away just because their lifestyle was different.
