Nakato is a strange one to watch. I've been on her since she first got back from Diveen with Tobias and the alpha. They both seemed so angry for a while there and I didn't understand why but when they left for Diveen and came back with her, finally it all came back together. She smelled of the ravine pack so I can only guess they took something that wasn't theirs and the alpha pair went to fetch her back. It makes me feel better to know that if something were to happen to a pack member, they would respond immediately. Now Nakato is back. I can't say I ever got to know her before the stealing. She seemed to stick to the scarred alpha more than anything. She has such a submissive personality. It's a real shame. I bet Tobias likes her though. He's such a domineering wolf that it would only make sense that he would favor a submissive wolf. I'm not submissive at all but I do like to learn and luckily that's the part the alpha has been feeding since my daring proclamation at the first pack meeting. I feel like I've been learning a lot and I wish to learn more. My father went and had a successful hunt with the pack and I want to do something successful too. I want to start making my name in this pack and in Moladian. I will be a warrior for Asteraia some day. But right now I am working on my stalking abilities and Nakato happens to be my victim of the day. I watch her as she messes with plants, tilting my head in puzzlement when she bows her head before the plant. Is she praying to it? Then she goes over to another place to plant it again. It's almost like she's growing a garden or something. Maybe someone needs to tell her that we don't eat plants. I smirk in amusement at the thought. When she heads off in search of food, I follow her like it's second nature, watching her take out the pheasant fairly quickly and eating her meal. I have no ache for the bird she's eating. I've been hunting my own kind since my father and mother first taught me how. Of course I only take out pups at this stage since I'm still so young and gangly myself but some day I'll upgrade. Right now it's prime time as spring is just around the corner. As she glances up, I take a moment to step out so she can see me, dipping my head in an introduction of sorts. "I'm Cuirass, future Orthos of Asteraia. And you are? Besides a gardener and killer of pheasants, that is."
