In the midst of the male of black and white I am nearly a goliath, in regards to all around girth and height. I have always been shorter than my full blooded siblings yet there is more weight and muscle packed in every portion of my body—a genuine powerhouse of a woman if there ever was one. I believe that I even exceed my own mother’s limitations in the categories of sheer brutality. But I would never rub it in her face like that. After all, it is from her that I gain my positive attributes.
Eyes of blue, purple, and gold angle downward in a near curious manner toward Tristan as he responds to my surprising depth of intellect. His words cause a small chuckle to exude from previously closed lips before he is given to speak again. His excitement in relation to my proclamation of joining amongst the ranks with him is nearly shouted until he composes himself. I note the level of loyalty in which Tristan backs upon to defend his alpha when I question where it is that the leader may be and nod thereafter. ”Well it is certainly a compliment that you believe I will be of use here. It’s nice to know that your alpha tends to those others in need amongst the pack,” my voice is softer than usual as I attempt to seem more… amiable toward the male. After all, I have only lived within a pack for barely a season before spending the rest of my days among the rugged crags. There is so little that I know of how each of Moladion’s packs work and while I have a slight understanding of their structure, each has their own quirks.
It is only after I speak that the approaching figure of a cream and gray colored wolf comes into view. I am unsure of whether or not this is said alpha until he is within range for me to pick up his scent and affirm it. He moves to stand beside Tristan and his tail instantly swings upward to mark his position within Glorall; clearly the alpha male. It is quickly noted that there is no strongly feminine odor attached to his scent and thus I assume that he is a bachelor of sorts, running the pack by his lonesome. Not that he sparks any sort of interest within myself to change such a thing; Exodus is becoming something far more important to me in these changing seasons in any case.
He regards me with a hardened gaze and I in turn look him over with a placid expression, betraying neither aggression nor fearfulness. He is very near to my size excepting the weight that he puts on his figure and I can only speculate that I outweigh him without thinking too much on the matter. His posture changes as his head tilts down only slightly and the small reveal of his teeth signal something akin to a smile. It looks rather odd coming from one who was just so rigid in his stature, yet perhaps that was all a display upon first meeting. His voice rolls out easily and in a deepened timbre, causing me to wonder on how terrible it must be to heed to anyone’s beck and call that moves toward the border. It’s truly a shame to see such a primordial beast hampered by things so trivial as heeding every stranger’s call.” I respond with a slight bit of commiseration within my darkly feminine voice. ”But yes, you are here as duty demands. And I am here as instinct demands of me. I have lived so long on my own amidst the crags and I finally wish to dig back to my roots within the river pack,” I only offer a hint of why it is that I have chosen Glorall as the place in which I would start my own.
Should he pry then I would have no qualms with offer more information as passed down to me by my mother. |
