Hers. Hers. All within the fields were hers, even the field itself was hers, she was the Alpha and she was quite possessive of her domain and all who dwelled in it. Even though she had been a loner for most of her life she felt rather humbled to even have wolves that were content with not only her presence, but her ways of leading the pack. It was true that she housed wolves that were not like others, but she was not one that would turn those away that had a taste for their own flesh. They were still valuable, they still held their own worth, and she would help them grow to their full potential. She was proud to see Cuirass take his role seriously and build himself up to be a top warrior. Nakato had become quite a fine medical wolf and she was glad to see the quiet she-wolf make her stay. The yearlings were now two years old and the pups were now yearlings, and although they stayed out of her way, she was concerned on their activity wondering just what they were up to. Her own pups were already stretching their legs, but not too far from the Asteraia lands. The were young and they were vulnerable and she would not allow her children to be in danger in any such way. She was quite protective of these two, more so than she was with Raven, and she didn’t know why...but she was ever so watchful over them.
While winter began her Frankenstein had been taken from Diveen, after Majora promised her there would be no ill will between him, the Angels and her own, and she was greatly displeased with this error. It did not do well that Heartless’ comments were completely out of line, and if she could, she would have tore the girls’ throat out. Disrespect was not something she would tolerate and she expected the new Alpha of Diveen to chastise and punish the girl for her out of line words. Bringing Nakato back from Diveen, without blood spilt, was proof to others within Moladion that this was a different Alpha- an Alpha that lived such a violent life would not use violence on others. Bringing Naktato back to Asteraia was a perfect example to those that lived within the fields that their Alphas would always protect them, always keep them close, and that they actually had value. The wolves within Asteraia would know they had a purpose, and if they could not see it themselves, then Tick Tock would show it to them. Unlike Jaidah and her desires for an evil empire it just could not, and would not work, not with the wolves she had. They did not come to her and request to overrun Moladion. She treated each member of her pack as equals, she listened to their concerns, and so far everyone seemed content. It was her job to keep them all safe, and thanks to Tobias and his win, she was assured that all of Moladion would be aware that the two were here to stay.
Today she was moving quietly through the tall fields. Her frame was not as heavy as it was in winter. She was returning back to her lean state, her maws leaving lighter marks in the grass below, her speed increased slightly. Her limbs did not feel as much pressure as they once did and she felt quite free without having two beings kicking her stomach. Earlier she had dropped her young ones off near the pond where Nakato and Flare could keep an eye on them. Tobias was sound asleep within his den, Nakato’s handiwork was quite good, and the Demon King was already moving around in a normal state. She did not wish to leave his side within the den, but she knew she needed to be out and present during the day. Half-torn ear twitched when she heard the beginning tune of a summoning, the fact that it was coming from the young King was concerning, she was not expecting a visit from him anytime soon – especially after their first encounter. Lifting her ebony crown her haunting call was lifted to the azure sky as it left a chilling note that she would be arriving soon.
Eventually she would make herself towards the border where he was waiting. Unlike before their first visit she appeared quite relax and at ease. Her ebony tail was lifted high, but it swayed side to side easily, her dial carried at a comfortable height. She did not carry herself as the rest of the Alphas did in Moladion, she moved freely and kept herself from looking so very narcissistic. Sapphire eyes honed in on Achilles and the obsidian Monster halted a few feet from her border, allowing him access to enter if he wished with enough comfortable distance between them. It wasn’t hard to observe how very tense he looked, how he held his ground, when there was never a need to. Yes, she killed wolves, and it was true that others within the fields killed wolves too, but they all were not mindless killing machines. She destroyed those that were weak and Achilles was not her target. Besides she was a wolf that kept to her word and she had assured Majora that all within his group and those associated with his group would be safe, and seeing how Achilles was Alpha and he held Majora within his own home, she felt obligated to extend that extension to him. Gently her cold words slipped out to the male permitting him an opportunity to step over the invisible line.
“You can come in if you want, I’m not in a biting mood.”
Easy Achllies, it’s a joke. Though the Monster was never good at making others laugh.
