Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Just Your Everyday Guardian Angel
Trying To Save The World

He didn’t know where he was going. It was the middle of the night, and he was… angry. Anger wasn’t something that usually boiled in him. He was calm, not easily moved or frustrated. He was the rock who constantly stood solid even when pushed to the max but right now… he was angry. His whole family wanted revenge, wanted closure on what had happened to his cousin Moteuh. She never got through her first winter, never got to see her first year. She was just… gone. They haven’t even gotten word from Aranck about it but Teza knew his cousin Zelda would be leaving later this morning to meet with him. They needed her body to put her spirit to rest fully, needed to return her to the ground so that she could continue the cycle, it was how things worked for their grandfather’s, their, culture and they wanted to make sure Moteuh was put to rest properly too.

Why was he out here in the woods then? If Zelda was going why was he here marching towards Iromar. Perhaps he felt helpless. Already Tepiltizin was getting letting his steam out, doing what he always wanted to do, and what was Teza doing? Pulling branches? Sparring with his dad? He was a warrior, he was a guardian and he failed… He couldn’t even protect the most innocent of his home, the closest wolves to him. His family. His mismatched eyes fell to his dark brown toed paws, a frown deep set on his muzzle. That wolf was the most terrible one in existence surely.

His head quickly lifted when he heard a sound. He wasn’t sure if it was another or an animal. Thus far he couldn’t smell anything. It was a fairly warm night for early spring he was sure many things were out and about this evening. Other wolves, those strange coyotes, foxes. It was that time of year after all where not only their kind was giving birth but those of other species too. He shifted slightly before calling out to the darkness around him. ”Hello?” His voice was youthful that much was obvious, though his size was far from. Being in his third year he was as large if not larger than most adults in his pack. He was already standing as tall as his own father, and still had room to grow. Still even though he trained he never really had to use it and he didn’t really want to.

That Aranck, was trying to force his paw, making him tense… he needed to relax. Surely whoever was out there was not likely to be bad.
