She was small already, smaller now though for the weight of winter having depleted some of her weight. Twenty pounds lighter made quite a difference in her build and her fur, recently begun its shedding, was only barely hiding the fact that she was quite thin. Senketsu had been the only and last wolf she’d met and somehow she had lost him.

Having lost him, she had lost much motivation to venture outward. Instead she had lingered in her den on the little island until she had run to escape some beast that had ransacked it in the middle of the night.

It is why she runs headlong into Senketsu now, breaking through the forest after scenting across an old criss of his crossing paths - perhaps he had been seeking her too! His greeting mingled with apology, but her eyes were scared and her breathing swift and heavy. She tries to swallow twice, but nods instead of voicing her feelings on the matter of their separated ways.

He approaches her, their near collision seeming not to make him hesitate from approaching her, no matter that she is clearly not her well-put-together self. "Nanika ga watashi o oikakete imasu," she finally manages. She nods, therefore, emphatically in response.

"Watashi wa anzenda to wa omowanai. Onegaimasu. Watashi ni michi o oshiete kudasai."
