It was nice to see her so happy and exploring new things. It was thrilling, even if it was something really simple. It pleased him so easily and he was so glad to have this moment with her- currently free from everyone else bothering them. Hopefully this can last for a long time...or at least for a whole night.
She seems a bit concerned for the first moment that the water touches him, and his green eyes catch her as she does so. It was cute that she was concerned for him, and there was some truth to that concern. The ocean is a very powerful thing, but it also held many wonders that seem to never end.
She finally moves over and he appreciates that she does indeed trust him despite the fact she has never seen such a power like the ocean before. She is still brave though, even if she jumps back in surprise when the water comes to hit her feet.
”Has you ever seen the water...move?” he asks, feeling the water crashing around his dark black paws. He feels his paws starting to sink into the sand as each wave comes across, and he has to lift his paws to stay on top.
”You...more wonderful than ocean,” he says with a bit of hesitation in his word usage as he lifts himself out of a play bow. He looks down at the sand around her paws and he lowers his nose slightly, pointing at the sand. There were tiny little clams that would appear, very colorful, that would appear with each wave and then try to bury themselves back in the ground. Even small fish would swim around their paws- so tiny!
”Erm, you see uh, peloris,” he says, not really knowing how to say it in the common tongue. ”And...fish, you is knowing of fish?” he asks, his green eyes then turning up to her as the seagulls begin to flock from behind and litter the dunes they just came from. Their songs fill the air for them as well as the never ending crash of waves on this bright sunny day.
