"Hello!" She yelled again, listening with ears pricked as her voice echoed back at her yet again. A giggle fell from her lips and she did it again and again, her joy only increasing with every echo back. She didn't know why she found it so entertaining but she did. Maybe she was just lonely. Her sister hadn't been back to see her and the last time hadn't been good. Myrria didn't seem well and Lucia didn't know how to help her. When she woke up the next morning, her older sister was gone and though the female had looked all over for her, she couldn't find hide nor hair of Myrria. So with a heavy sigh, she'd returned to her parents. Malleah had been quiet lately but she went through those phases so Lucia tried not to think about it too much. Maybe she just missed Myrria too. Exodus was gone a lot more, out hunting and then tracking, though he wouldn't tell Lucia just what or who he was tracking. He seemed hellbent on finding them though, whoever it was. Lucia had a strange hunch that the world was a lot smaller than she'd first assumed, but she couldn't find the link just yet.
She'd been continuing her lessons with Ghost, though they'd been fewer and far between. Her Latin was all but fluent at this point and even her mentor applauded her accent when she really applied herself. She had a feeling she could have a full conversation with her father now if he ever saw fit to speak the forbidden language around her but alas, he kept it his own little secret. Lucia couldn't help but wonder why. It was really such a beautiful language. She could see why Aeon chose to speak it as his first language. She missed her childhood friend dearly and it tore at her heart every time she remembered him and their time together. She couldn't help wondering what he was up to and how big he'd grown. How handsome. Surely they would still be inseparable if he was around. But then she'd found Sidon and it put her soul at peace somehow to know he was in this world. Even though he couldn't speak to her, she still felt like she could understand the male on every level that really mattered.
And yet she couldn't find Sidon around much either. She'd spent her days exploring the free lands instead and trying to find ways to spend her time. Today, that was yelling into the Grotto and hearing her voice echo back to her. That is, until one ear flicked back, hearing another voice distinctly not her own but it seemed to be calling her name. Hm? She turned her head, ears pricked as her tail went up and started wagging. She didn't recognize the voice and it sounded female. Who could that be? It wasn't Myrria or Malleah. She actually didn't know any other females besides that. Throwing her head up, she gave a bark as a response before loping toward the voice. When she saw the young female on the snowdrifts, she sent out a softer bark this time and her tail really startd wagging. "Hi! Who are you? You called my name, right? I'm Lucia." She confirmed for the other wolf and listened for her response. This was certainly a pleasant surprise.
