The two mares were fascinating to watch, so differently from one another in personality, as he was finding out with each moment of their encounter. The darker of the two seemed to be more reserved and also the older of the two. Her eyes held a stoic intelligence in them that entranced the young stallion, but he also couldn't keep his gaze from circling back to the younger chestnut roan with a fire in her eyes that matched her varnish coat. He couldn't help but smirk as a squeal pierced the air and as they played in the water, he couldn't help but think of the last time he played with his sister Paisley and his brother, Legolas, in the water of Salem. Time sure did fly sometimes.

When he spoke, he soon found two pairs of wide eyes staring at him. But while the bay roan's gaze was cautious, the chestnut only seemed eager for company. He returned the smile he could already see forming on the chestnut's lips and though his gaze looked in question to the bay when she spoke in a low voice, she was soon interrupted by the younger mare who tossed her head and gave their name as Eadaz and Sabran. His ears pricked and his smile only widened at the new knowledge before he dipped his head in acknowledgement. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you both, Eadaz and Sabran."

At Eadaz' offer, he looked again to Sabran. "I would hate to force my company. If it's alright with your sister, or I can take my leave if you'd rather." He dipped his head in a cooperative fashion, wanting her to know that he'd respect her wishes, whatever they may be.
